    Went for a run today, cut a bit short when my asthma told me in no uncertain terms that there will be no uphill intervals until my oxygen intake can handle it. Fair enough. Still, it was a nice two-hour jog, so I’m not disappointed in any way.

    Checking in, despite no training on Thursday and Friday. Need to try and improve my sleep schedule, I end up going to bed too late and not having enough time and energy in the morning as a result.

    September 27: Sitting at the office, looking out at the sun shining on the surrounding mountains, I tossed out all my plans for both work and training, went home early and hiked up the 1333 stone steps to the closest hill, Ulriken (643 meters).

    24.09.2023: 30 minutes medium-intensity running on elliptical machine. Then Foothold – which felt great, and I will definitely come back to this one on days where I can’t do the more dynamic exercises for various reasons. Some stretching to round it off.
