❤️FD: Rating = 7.5. Tendon Strength...ugh.

Notes: Not a good day. At least I only have one day of work until 1/4/2023.

3. 6 mile walk outside. 1 hour and 45 minutes.

❤️FL: Rating: 8.0. Not too many bridges. I could feel the upper body exercises.
❤️FD: Rating = 6.5. I got out of breath.

Notes: The last day of work before vacation. I was in and out of meetings all day. I did get a chance to talk to my mom and she didn’t seem pissed about us not coming out.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 7.0. I felt winded.
❤️YWB: Rating = 7.0. Very stiff.
❤️FL: Rating = 6. Tendon Strength is best in small doses.
❤️FD: Rating = 7.0. The push-ups were more of a challenge tonight.

Notes: Day 1/25. The neighbor’s dog woke me up and my mom is pissed again. At least we had nice weather for our walk.

So...the last day I reported was on Day 1 of vacation and today is Day 25 (the last day). It wasn't the vacation I thought it would be but I am grateful to have 25 days off in a row. I did keep streak going. I will post daily specifics but it will take a while. Here's to a new year.

4. Foundation Light Day 17 | Fast Pace Cardio: Level 3, no rest.
5. Foundation Light Day 18 | Strength: Level 3, no rest.
6. Fit December Day 11: No rest.
7. 3 mile walk outside. 51 minutes.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 8. Intense session today, but in a good way.
❤️YWB: Rating = 7.5. I was distracted but at least it wasn’t by yucky things.
❤️FL Day 17: Rating = 8. Quick and easy but I caught my ankle on the table during side leg raises. Ouch! Rating = 8. Quick and easy but I caught my ankle on the table during side leg raises. Ouch!
❤️FL Day 18: Rating = 7.0. I really felt this one. Damn W-Extensions.
❤️FD:Rating = 7.5. I don’t like hollow hold but at least it was short.

Notes: Day2/25. First football Sunday of vacation. Broncos lost but at least they put up.a fight. I think I made a mistake choosing the pineapple.

❤️TP: Rating = 8. This was a nice Pilates session.
❤️FF: Fighting Fit Workout: EC (each for 5 minutes).
❤️Boxing: Rating = 6. Planned 20, only did. 15. I was beat from Fighting Fit.
❤️FL: Rating = 8. I did regular plank leg raises. My back didn't make too many creepy noises today.
❤️P&YWK: Rating = 6.5. Not what I expected and I am sure my form wasn't great.

Notes: Day 3/25. I started doing 10 jumping jacks in the morning to “get my blood going”. On this day it just in the morning but after this day it was after I got up. The weather was not tempting me to blow off workouts for longer walks.

8. YWB: 15 Minute Yoga Full Body Stretch

❤️TP: Rating = 7.5. This was a very fast-paced class but I mostly kept up.
❤️FL: Rating = 6.5. A little rough after Pilates.
❤️FD Day 12: Rating = 6. A LOT of leg raises. I struggled with the holds, especially the side holds.
❤️FD Day 13: Rating = 7.0. Not too bad, even with the jumps. My left knee felt a little weird though.
❤️AoSCE: Rating = 6.5. I kept my feet moving (mostly marching during all of the exercises). This looked easy on paper but by the time I got to it I was fatigued from the 2 Fit Decembers and all the burpees I was doing so it wasn’t easy.
❤️YWB: Rating = 7.5. This was relaxing until the downward dog sequence.

❤️JVP: Rating = 8. Quick and easy. More tendon work though.
❤️FD: Rating = 5.0. I struggled, especially with the push-ups.
❤️CA: Rating = 5.5. This was hard and I was an uncoordinated mess. I’m sure it would be fun if I was in better shape and could get my shit together.
❤️FL: Rating = 9.0. I did this as a cool down to CA. Quick and easy done to Midnight Oil’s “Beds Are Burning”. 🔥🔥
❤️YWK: Rating = 6.5. I prefer a little more chill for an evening practice. A good session nonetheless.

Notes: Day 5/25. If I am remembering right, this was a tough dsy emotionally for me. At least I finished the burpees for the Pineapple and did all my workouts.

❤️MMP: Rating = 8.5. This was gentle but it had some tendonny stuff.
❤️FL: Rating = 8.5. Quick and easy but my back was making gross noises.
❤️FD: Rating = 8.0. Pretty easy. I did it after FL and my back was still making noises.
❤️GA: Rating = 6.0. This was hard for me. I had to take multiple breathers.
❤️AoSCE: Rating = 7.5. I kept my feet moving between exercises. This wasn't bad at all.
❤️Boxing: Rating = 8.0. Good finisher.
❤️YM: Rating = 8.0. This is was chill although eagle arms is never really comfortable for me.

❤️MMP: Rating = 8.5. A longer session. Some of it was tough but it was really good. 💗
❤️FD: Rating = 7.0. Not what I had planned and my wrists were not happy.
❤️SBY: Rating = 7.5. This would've been more chill if it didn't include 2 downward dogs. Plus, I coughed and sneezed.

Notes: Day 7/25. This was a weird day. Scott had a good PT appointment but it was late in the afternoon. When he got home, he had to talk to the dentist because he pulled off a crown with a tootsie roll. She was out of town so she couldn’t see him until Monday morning. At least he wasn’t in any pain and the crown wasn’t damaged.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 7.0. Speedbag was too soft and my heavy bag work was sloppy.
❤️YWB: Rating = 9.0. This felt extra relaxing today.
❤️FD: Rating = 8.0. I kept my feet moving during punches and arm circles. I wasn't in the mood to do this but I did it anyway and it went better than I thought.
❤️FL: Rating = 7.5. I kept my feet moving during arm circles. This was ok but it seemed to take a while. Maybe I did an extra set?

Notes: Day 8/25. We went out for the walk during halftime of the Vikings game because the Vikings were getting their asses kicked. I was shocked to see the Vikings tying it up when we got home.

❤️AoSCE: Rating = 9.0. Usually, this type of workout is hard for me. Today, it was easy. Maybe too easy?
❤️FL: Rating = 6.5 . This was ok. My wrists were tired.

Notes: Day 9/25. Football Sunday. The Broncos actually won.

❤️FD: Rating = 7.0. This was ok. My back kept making noises.
❤️AoSCE: Rating = 8.0. I kept my feet moving during all exercises. No problems with this one.
❤️FL Day 25: Rating = 9.0. Quick and easy.
❤️FL Day 26: Rating = 8.0. This was fine.
❤️Walk: Not timed, but I think we walked about 4 miles.

Notes: Day 10/25. Scott’s dental appointment first thing in the morning went well. When we went out to get the mail, it was really windy. We just ended up walking in the areas that were more sheltered from the wind.

❤️Rating = 7.0. I have had my fill with burpees lately.

Notes: Day 12/20. We didn’t walk because I thought we would get caught in the strong cold front with snow. Today was the day we were supposed to go to IL for Christmas. It turns out that we wouldn’t be seeing the extended family on Christmas day. My cousin has COVID. They have rescheduled for 1/7.

Notes: Day 15/25. Christmas Eve. Most of the football games were on so it was like Football Sunday without the Sunday paper. The Broncos did not play.

Notes: Day 16/20. Christmas Day. Like a football Sunday but with only 3 games and a better dinner. The Broncos were embarrassing and we had time for a quick walk. Not a good day emotionally.

❤️FD: Rating = 7.5. I found the bridge reaches awkward.
❤️Boxing: Rating = 6.0. This was just ok. Not really feeling it.

Notes:. Day 17/25. Kind of a blah day. At least I am not at work.

❤️MMP: Rating = 7.5. This was good but tough I in some spots. I got screwed up on some of the exercises too.
❤️FD: Rating = 7.5. This took me longer than I thought. I felt like these were awkward exercises.

Notes: Day 18/25. It was 60° so we walked 6 miles. When we went bed it was snowing.
