"On the road to Long Covid Recovery"
Covid kicked my butt with 4 months of illness.
My overall fitness and flexibility has nose dived D: Migraines are returning and my old fasting habits are now triggers.
I took my fit body for granted - time to get it back!

Particularly aware of incredibly tight hamstrings and lower back.

Currently doing Light Everyday Stretching (3 days).
Pathfinder + (3 days)

8/3/23 - Light Everyday Stretching
Diluted ACV before breakfast
9/3/23 - Light Everyday Stretching
Diluted ACV before breakfast
Sciatic nerve playing up, kept to stretching to try not to aggravate it.
10/3/23 - Light Everyday Stretching
Pathfinder + Day 9
Diluted ACV in the morning - no breakfast.
Sciatic nerve still problematic (right leg) but manageable, not sure Pathfinder is the best for me at the moment, but I'll persevere.
4 pound loss so far - probably mainly down to fasting / juice cleanse - doing the cleanse has broken some bad habits.

Overdid it on the caffeine intake yesterday (busy work day) and my mood is very short today because of it. I need to get some nicer herbal teas so I have an alternative at work.
