Looks like a regular 2d indie game

If you expect a long game, you will not find it with Morendo. We talk about 5-10 minutes of fun. Its more about the story behind the game, and the challenge making it in 48hours.
But what you get is a nice story and a message behind it that keeps you thinking in some directions. Its hard to explain. Its a short but deep game / story. Its also about family and responsibilities.
Artwork and music underlines the story very good. Its not really a game, but more a "short story" if you get my drift.

But to answer your question in short: yes, for me: quite interesting in the end. I liked the mood of it.

One of my all-time-fav-games: "Crusader Kings III". This time no role-play lets play. This time I am working myself through all the achievements left on my list. current status: 71 / 97.

I replayed Horizon Forbidde West and am almost done with the Burning Shores DLC. I like the DLC story, my only complaint if you could call it one is that the world seems kinda empty. It feels smaller and I feel less interested in exploring the entire map unlike frozen wilds. I'm putting off what I think is the final mission and attempting to explore and open up the entire map, do all the things and then finish the game.

I swear Elden Ring feels TOO long. Like I feel in 67 hours I have I would have beat Dark Souls III twice, once if it's Dark Souls II because aaaaaaAaAaaaAaAAAA and yet in Elden Ring I'm not even halfway through the game yet. I don't have all the free time in the world it's been MONTHS since I started the game. But oh well. I will never let a souls game beat me (see: Dark Souls II) and Elden Ring shall be no different

I am currently playing Star Wars Galaxies on a private server plus it’s also my first ever time playing it as well so far have a lvl 21 Jedi and a lvl 12 bounty hunter

Diablo 4. It's been a while since a game gripped me this hard. The old but reliable gameplay loop of getting better loot to play harder content, getting better loot to play harder content is back in a way that feels fresh.

While the always-online feature worried me initially, the payoff becomes clear with the World bosses and random events that appear on the map. Adding and removing parties is seamless and makes for fun solo or group play.

Ooh, cool to see what everyone's been playing. Saw a Stardew Valley mention, I love that game! I've been playing an indie game based on a Minecraft mod, called Vintage Story! My girlfriend and I like to play a game where we build and putter around together.

Also been watching her play Darkest Dungeon II. Love the art style in that game!

Has anyone here gotten some good games from Steam's summer sale? I am buying Overcooked 2 to play with my boyfriend. I've also bought Planet Zoo. I have 5 hours in it and it's kind of meh, but I think this is the type of game I'll enjoy more the more hours I put into it. It's a lot to learn. I get overwhelmed sometimes when I don't understand how mechanics in a game work, but once I get used to them more, it'll be more relaxing.

I have a ton of other games from the sale that I want to buy, it's just hard to narrow down which I should get!

Has anyone here gotten some good games from Steam's summer sale?

I bought Untitled Goose Game to play with my partner because it looked like a very silly game, and I am happy that I have bought it half price because the controls are not very good and there is not too much content. But it is very funny
I have also bought Tangle Tower, it is a point and click game and I liked the characters and dialogs when I tried the demo.

If I finish Tangle Tower before the sale ends, maybe I will buy another game... There are Against the Storm, Contradiction: Spot The Liar and Yakuza: Like a Dragon which I would like to play, but I feel like at this point, all the unfinished games in my library are judging me for buying more games

Phantasy Star II, via the Phantasy Star Classics app on the App Store (free to download there, but an ad-free experience will set you back anywhere from US $2-5). It’s hard as nails and I admit I had to pull out a walkthrough for it because I was tired of dying without making any significant progress. But the puzzle apps I normally use (think stuff like crosswords and sudoku) are starting to get boring and some days I just don’t have the brainpower for those.

Yes, the way it is done is ooooold. But the story is so good, with great character arcs. I love Opera, including Wagner, I really enjoyed visiting Neuschwanstein, Munchen, Starnbergersee and all back in the days... And Von Glower is an excellent protagonist, as Malia Gedde was in GK1. Just want to say, Grace, stay away from Gabe, he's ... not bad, but it will be time before he can commit!
Back in the days , I had played GK1 and 3, not GK2, so it was a discovery.
Spoiler about GK3, the bad guy isn't as good a protagonist, but the reveal about the wandering Jew make is as emotional, at least for me. Really loved GK3 too!

I'm also playing Rune Scape as a way to pass time. I tried PubG but I don't think that's my thing....

I have Tetris Axis for my 3DS. I’ll play it on occasion, but I can’t lie: I’m not really a fan of the way the game has evolved to include being able to hold pieces for later. I grew up with the Game Boy version and still prefer the “classic” rule set of having to deal with what the RNG gave you.

Depending on my mood, I'm currently alternating between Borderlands 3, Hades and a fun little gem called Bounty of One. Usually, I am more into open world games (I loved Gothic 3).

I finally finished Red Dead Redemption 2. I put 92 hours into it by the time I uninstalled it - I loved doing a bunch of side quests, hunting, and exploring, so it took me longer than average to complete the game. It was really great, and I hope that one day I can get into a game as much as I got into that. It's sparked an interest in cowboys for me, too.

Boyfriend and I are playing Baldur's Gate together. Figuring out the fighting mechanics is a little difficult, but hopefully it gets easier.

Now that I've uninstalled RDR2, I have enough space on my computer to redownload Genshin Impact. I've missed this game, and I look forward to playing it again. It's downloading as I type!

Played way too many of them, for way too long. Mostly sandbox and open world ones (Minecraft, Space Engineers, Fallout series, to name just the prominent ones). But also fun shooters like Borderlands or Doom, and strategy/eco ones like Anno and Sim City.
But the time spent reduced tremendously lately, playing with myself is way more fun ... and no, not what you might think ... playing workouts and other physical activities

If you want something truly massive to play, try World of Warcraft. It's still an amazing game with tons of content and features. I'm myself waiting for WoW Dragonflight Season 3 to complete the new raid and provide for gold with my guild. I can tell you for 100% sure that if you try WoW, you won't regret!

I've been playing Xbox 360 Oblivion for quite sometime now, several different characters and quest lines. Started a new character so I can get my last achievement.

A week ago completed Shivering Isle DLC main quest for Dementia Duchess. Got all achievements except Duke of Mania, I'm thinking I have to start a new game for that since I don't have a save before choosing.

So the other day started a new game with a female Imperial, went with Warrior/Crusader. I've always gone with blade weapons and magic, this time mace and magic. Her armour is iron boots, gauntlets and cuirass, for legs red velvet skirt.

This will get me my last achievement for the game - Duke of Mania

What kind of magic do you plan on using?

Magic some long range destruction and rage, restoration, mysticism and alteration. I use key for locks or skeleton key. I like torches with light, sometimes use night eye. I created a black soul gem to get human souls, great for enchanting gear. I like to get armouer up so can mend enchanted gear. I use the duplicate item glitch a fair amount like for extra potions, varla and welkynd stones, keys and such.
