Finished the Abs of Steel challenge and halfway through my two long programs. I'm going to pick up a couple more challenges focusing on abs to focus on building my core. I've discovered I really like walking programs and programs that require handweights (don't have room for bigger). I keep the Touch Your Toes challenge even though I can touch my toes but I would like to work up to putting my palm on the ground. I've also started doing the Exercise of the Day for the pure randomness it adds to my exercise.
