Tuna smoothie

I heard bodybuilders talk about a tuna and water diet and asked if that was blended together, they laugh and said yuk no. But I was curious what if I blended tuna with water together. Canned tuna just eating out a can is rather chewy and dry, but blended you can get it down your neck fast and easy.

that is a good idea, maybe i will test it and let you know, thanks. Even if i like canned tuna just natural.

@graoumia Could even be better in broth or veg juice.
