Okay, feeling somewhat better. The tickle is still there, but no coughing and I've still got a little congestion going on. Felt good to sweat a little. My arms are a little tired now. Might have been my stubbornness that resulted in me finishing up Foundation Light tonight, but I think it was just enough.

In other news, we are currently in the process of replacing the hot water heater. At least we were able to warranty it out, since it only lasted 3 years.

Fencing Practice!!! Did some foot work, slow work with the newbie, and then a round of fights with the other veteran fighter. Overall, not too bad, though I need to do more arms and foot work.

Push Pull Legs 1 - for the arms!!! lolz, I only used 2lbs and it was enough. Also used bench modification
Cardio Blast 2 - lvl 1 - haven't really been feeling all those butt kicks, and I cramped up on the end of the first set. So yeah, I made it to level 1 and ate a banana.

On a happier note, I saw the podiatrist today. She is ecstatic with the progress I have made with my foot. Just gotta keep doing my stretches and work on the flexibility of the left foot a little more (the non-ouchy foot). Then I went and did that HIIT climb ride and now my foot hurts a little more, but that's okay!

Cardio Blast 5 lvl 3 - Okay, hops are bad. So I calf raised/bounced instead. Which my calves are feeling the burn a little. It's nice. For the side-to-side hops, I just stepped it out like a sideways butt kick. Weird, but it seems to have done the job

Well, I enjoyed my walk, but now my foot is quite upset. Not like as bad as when I first hurt it, but like it was when it was sore from walking around on our adventure. So, ice and self care tonight. I'll make up at least the punches tomorrow. I gotta get some sleep.

smol walk - this was good for stretching my foot out, though it ached a bit throughout. Discomfort was less afterwards.

Okay, no dedicated workout tonight. But, I'm not upset about it. I'm going to go for a ride tomorrow and see if I can hit Cardio Blast after that (I think I should be able to). I'm just going to keep rolling with the punches. :ss: It's write all the words month. My story is, per usual, a pantser story because I can't plan out all the story beats without getting bored. Aiming to get a high word day this weekend to help with the holidays. But if it doesn't happen, my family is all accustomed to me hiding in a corner with my laptop at some point during Thanksgiving by now. :glee:
