I would love this! I know that there are first pull-up/push-up collections and advanced calisthenics programs, but, being an absolute beginner, it may be difficult to understand where and how to start. It would be great to have a program that includes not too many exercises, but they are all basic and can form a solid foundation for getting into calisthenics.
And maybe a guide connected to this program, which would include progression (for example, from knee push-ups to regular push-ups, and the number of repetitions you should be able to do at the start of the next level?).
