I've found personally that focusing on making myself have more movement in my day rather than working out helps me move more. Sometimes I will do a 5 minute workout just to move more or take a quick walk. It's a slow process but any progress is good. Also balancing physical and mental health issues throws roadblocks at me more often than I want. Today was pretty lazy but also it was my birthday so I'll give myself a pass. Maybe tomorrow I'll take the dog for a walk and see how that goes. Also, the critical funding spooked me so I made a donation and I like to get my money's worth so I gotta start using the workouts more often
