Over the summer i’ll be working 8-9 hours a day with rigid eating times. i’m just wondering what to pack for lunch that will still be healthy, keep me energized, good protein, and taste good. any suggestions?

I usually make a quinoa salad: quinoa's good protein, and I add pepper, cucumber, tomato, corn and some berries or cranberries. Great with garlic, spices, and olive oil.
