In the add dumbbells section of https://darebee.com/programs/60-days-of-hiit.html?showall=&start=38, it lists dumbbell chest rows. Would this be upright rows, bent over rows, or some other variation?
The last exercise in the 5-minute strength workout ends with a bent over row, but the picture doesn't seem to show a row. It looks like a bent over lateral raise. https://darebee.com/workouts/5minute-strength-workout.html
The workout says squats and sumo squats. I thought sumo squats had a wider foot position, but in the picture it looks like it's the arms that are wider. The feet seem closer than in the regular squats.

@Damer @neilarey I have a few questions about working the two daily workouts into a nontraditional or erratic schedule. I asked similar questions before the hive moved and apologize if in I missed the response in the shuffle.
