    I had started the Warrior Arms challenge, but now I've gotten pink eye and I'm not a fan of working out in my glasses like that (I'm normally a contacts wearer). I'll keep going with Square One, though, since that's lighter and easier to do in glasses.

    I'm excited to start the new monthly challenge today! Quick question, though. For the Extra Quest with the sit-ups, is that supposed to be after each set or after the entirety of the sets are done? The instructions say after each workout, so I wasn't super sure.

    Continuing on, today was Day 16 of Baseline, which went well. Day 2 of Guardian definitely killed my calves, luckily All Was Clear though, so no punches today. The goblins must have learned their lesson from yesterday.

    Done through Day 7 of Baseline now. I think it's going well. I've got a lot of stress in my life right now so I haven't been eating like I should. The result is I've already lost about a pound and a half. Maybe not the best way, but, it's something?

    I'm done through Day 4 now. Probably waited a bit too long between days 3 and 4, but oh well. The important thing is I picked it back up. I'm also making a commitment to stop drinking alcohol altogether, so we'll see if that also has an impact on my weight/fitness.
