2024 Programs Update

We are beginning to update all of our programs (not all, but many) for 2024.
We are starting with level 1 programs and going up from there. We'll post the updated program below!

Also, we'll finally re-level them according to the new rules (depending on the changes made).

We'll start working on the Level 3 programs some time next week it'll take a while cause there are a lot of them.. Sooo, we'll keep you updated as I we make progress.

Also, I don't want to start a new topic for this (and since I am already here announcing and all): the November Thanksgiving event "Turkey Run" has been officially scheduled for Sunday, November 24th. It'll be an annual event starting this year and it'll have its own unique badge.

@neilarey does this mean Hero's Journey and other RPG programs will get updated too? (I am already in day 35 of Hero's Journey so i am past halfway)

And what about other programs like Core Strength and Total Abs?

... Sadly, no, I don't think so. We have a new program coming out in January so the updates are on hold at the moment (until January actually). We'll get a few things done but I don't want to get anyone's hopes up for the level 3 programs - it's going to be a LOT of work. I can see we'll need ~ 6 months to get it all done since we are doing this while also handling all the new releases as well. I can tell you that Cardio Trim will be moved up a level (Level 4). It'll still have high impact exercises but fewer reps.

Everything is getting updates. Some programs are just getting a facelift (newer ones) but the older programs are getting some major changes. It's not going to happen tomorrow, though, it's a lot of work - especially when it comes to RPG programs (they are more complex programming wise). I'll update everyone when the time comes! Right now I would say, just keep doing what you are doing. These are still great and well-tested programs. If anything, a lot of them will be made easier in many ways - not harder.

I’ve had my heart set on 30 Days of Change for a while, and wanted to start that in January after completing Fit December, going from level 2 to 3. I just want to ask: will it remain level 3? Or should I pick a new program? Thank you!!!!!

Is it possible to have a database link about all the no updated workouts and programs?

I just want to ask: will it remain level 3?

The 30 Days of Change is the next one the list to be updated! I know we wanted to have it ready in January... but it will largely depend on out workflow in December. I am hoping we'll have it done before the 1st but, again, I don't want to get anyone's hopes up. Now what I can tell you: it'll stay at level 3 and it will not have push-ups or high impact exercises in it after the update.
