Thank you @graoumia , I am taking each day as it comes and try not to be hard on myself.

Yesterday I did not do any training. The bed was to comfy and the cat was sleeping on top of me so it wasnt an option to get up :D

Today I did day 10. My shoulders are burning a bit from the exercises Baseline program.

The next step is to slowly incorporate some stretches now

Thank you everyone for the wishes

I know I have been quiet for a while but there where some things happening in the background on and off.

I did restart Square One as well as Arms of Steel a few times but seem to stop half way.

I restarted it again and finished day 2 yesterday.

The one thing that I did notice is that I get bored or that I dont find it challenging enough (even though it is). So I am busy looking at making my own small program for the evenings.

I would be following the 100 pushup routine but will add various exercises and use the same progression.

For instance I would do goblin squats with a 16kg kettle bell and use week 1 as progression. Still figuring out all the exercises though

Friday was interesting with the exercises. I got some of them done but didnt want to overdo it.

Sunday I was working for around 6 hours on my car... and with working I mean help my mechanic friend. So although I didnt do most of the heavy lifting I was still on my feet and felt it the next day.

Today I finished day 6 of the 2 programs I am doing.

My diet is not 100% there yet, but making it work

I finished day 9 yesterday and did day 10 today.

Arms of steel I did to completion with giving a nice burn to my shoulders.
Square one I only did level 1. The squats finished me of. The other issue is that going into summer, the room I exercise in gets incredibly hot. So will need to remember water next time

So I finished training my ChatGPT companion.

I add my items that I eat every day and it adds up the calories and macro nutrition.
At the end of the day it gives me a summary, as well as a weekly projection if I continue eating like this.
Once I start my intermittent fasting it will also tell me my eating window for the next day.
I have a cheat budget that resets every week of 1050 calories (150 daily)

At the end of every week it will tell me how my micronutrients look and what I should be eating next week in order to balance it.

The issue is that when I cheat I think to myself, I messed up my diet for the day... but I dont realize that that one day I messed up my full week as I sometimes eat a large packet of sweets worth 1500 calories.

Lets see how it goes.

I didnt post in the last few days as I do my exercises at work and usually have to run of for some errants.

Wednesday - Day 17 completed
Thursday - Day 18 completed
Today - Day 19 done

Overall I feel pretty good.
I created a sort of tracking program to "gamify" my progress.

So there are 3 segments. Flexibility. more static exercises (pushups) and more explosive movements like burbees.

This is the one for flexibility. I am not going to do the other ones as yet, but whenever I do a test I will post the results here
