Notes: Too cold to walk. I don’t remember why I didn’t do Wednesday Boxing.

❤️Unbound: Rating= 7.5. This was tough. I struggled with balance.
❤️SP: Rating = 7.0. So many arm circles. 🙀
❤️Boxing: Rating = 8.0. This was just ok. I could only do 1 set of round kick combos because my foot wasn't 100%.

Notes: Still too cold to walk but at least did boxing.

❤️Unbound: Rating = 8.0. 2 minutes of arm circles were brutal. The rest was ok. I kept my feet moving during arm circles.
❤️Vitality: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 7.5. This hurt for some reason.

Notes: Yay! Back outside again!

❤️Boxing: Rating = 7.5. Just ok. I felt a little out of sync for a while and still had pain during round kicks.

❤️Unbound: Unbound Day 3: Rating = 7.5. My foot hurt during stretch 2 and my form wasn’t quite right for stretch 3.

Notes: Today was weird. Other than Boxing and Yoga, my morning spent working on my personal project, which I finished around noon. The project is called the Journal Project, or JP for short. I’ve kept a journal since 1987, every day since 1998. Sometimes I’ve written a line, sometimes pages. The JP is when I go back and read all my journals from beginning to end. A successful JP is when I analyze and learn something about myself. This JP was not successful. I started out with the best of intentions in September but when Scott got injured October, I just basically read because I couldn’t focus on anything else. Towards the end, I just wanted to get it over with. My next planned JP starts on 02.20.2025. Hopefully it will be a better one.

❤️Unbound: Rating = 9.0
❤️Vitality: Rating = 8.5. I kept my feet moving.
❤️RttR: Rating = 7.5 A lot of cute cats but for some reason, I couldn't keep the steps straight.
❤️HR: Rating = 7.5. This was hard. Some modifications were needed.
❤️Boxing: Rating = 9.0. Great finisher.

Notes: We were to have a ½ sick day for dental appointments but the hygienist called in sick. The dentist had 2 appointments (she’s not above doing cleanings). Scott took the one appointments. The other one was during an inconvenient time so I didn’t take it.

❤️Unbound: Rating = 9.0 I kept my feet moving during the warmup.
❤️Vitality: Rating = 9.0 I kept my feet moving during the warmup.
❤️Boxing: Rating = 7.5. 90 minutes was a bit too long. My foot wasn't 100% for round kicks but it was better. My side kicks were terrible and my front kicks were a little sloppy at times. I did some new combos though.

Notes: I had a terrible day today…😿It was also too cold to walk outside. I didn’t feel like doing anything but boxing 90 minutes was too much. I also felt queasy and gross after dinner but at least it didn’t last too long.

❤️MMP: Rating = 8.5. Good session even though I didn't use the dumbbell.

Notes: Just really tired today. And it was too cold to walk again.

❤️Unbound: Rating = 9.5
❤️Vitality: Rating = 7.5. I kept my feet moving during all exercises. This was tiring for my upperbody.
❤️MMP: Rating = 7.5. This was a hard one to end the series. I struggled with balance.

Notes: I thought it would be too cold to walk again but it ok and I was overdressed.
** I am finally caught up on my log. I kept my streak. I finished the redo of all but one of the Level I programs. But I’ve fallen away from a consistent Yoga practice (balance an flexibility have suffered) and I have mostly been going through the motions with my meditation practice. I have also kept up with a couple bad eating habits. I hope that I can keep up with this long and make some other positive changes.

❤️Boxing: Rating = 8.5. Good workout today. My foot felt *mostly* normal on the round kicks. I was running out of energy towards the end.
❤️YWB: Rating = 9.0.
❤️PC: Rating = 9.5
❤️Walk: Nice weather (warm and breezy) and a fast walk. I caught my wrist on a metal mailbox so I’m glad I am up to date on my tetanus shot.

Notes: My dad was having an extra-bad morning with his back today. I hope he felt well enough to go to the family gathering. Other than normal Saturday activities, spent the day getting caught up on my log.

❤️Unbound: Rating = 7.0. Frustrating. For the life of me, I cannot do pose 5. I also think I did pose 3 incorrectly.
❤️EotD: Rating = 8.0. This felt weird not on the he bag.
❤️MMP: Rating = 8.0. This was an older video so no music. It was a good workout nonetheless. My core just isn't strong enough to handle all the moves.
❤️Walk: Cool, cloudy and breezy.
❤️WotD: Rating = 9.0. This was easy.

Notes: Kind of a blah day. The good news is that my dad was able to go to the family gathering yesterday and take the dog out this morning. The bad news is that Scott had a shitty workout complete with pain like when he had the pinched nerve. 😿 Also, my contacts were so irritating that I took them out at 7:30.

❤️Unbound: The 2 minutes of arm circles weren’t bad. I kept my feet moving during them.
❤️Vitality: Rating = 9.0. My neck makes gross noises during the neck stretch.
❤️EotD: Rating = 7.5. I did not find this fun.
❤️WotD: Rating = 9.0. I liked this one. I just didn't have time to do more during the day.
❤️GFWR: Rating = 8.5. This was fun even if I am uncoordinated.
❤️Boxing: Rating = 8.0. Combos were fine. I could feel some issues with my foot with the shin kicks.
❤️Walk: Cool and a bit too windy at times.
❤️BLY: Rating = 9.5. Relaxing but with great hip openers. I really loved this one.

Notes: Monday mornings are tough…especially after a craptastic night of sleep. I also had a dentist appointment at 9:30. The awesome thing is that my implant is doing so well that she forgot it wasn’t a regular tooth. The crappy thing is that my bottom wisdom tooth has a crack in it. I pretty much knew it though. Time is running out for my last 2 wisdom teeth. The rest of the day was ok. Work was annoying but Get Fit With Rick was fun and yoga was awesome. 💗

❤️BLY: Rating = 9.0. Definitely an active session but a good one. I find her voice soothing.

Notes: Work got me down today but at least Scott’s PT appointment went well and didn’t as windy as it was supposed to. I am already sore from my workout. Oh, and I finished the Posture Challenge. I liked it but I kept forgetting to do the last set until right before bed.

Notes: So ugh. I had a mini-meltdown at work (so grateful I WFH) because I couldn’t get stuff working. I finally did and was able to complete my task. In between 2 yucky meetings, I talked to my dad. At least he had a good doctor’s appointment. I was still very sore from Tuesday (mostly legs) so I picked a low impact workout. At least the sun was shining today and started a new book.

❤️MMP: Rating = 8.5. This was good. A lot of core work though.
❤️BLY: Rating = 8.0. This a unique session that I mostly enjoyed.

Notes: Finally Friday. I was my busier than expected at work so I didn’t get to do the workout of the day. At least my DOMS were better and we had decent walking weather.
