Looks like you got quite a bit done! 43 mins and that's not even including the punches and heavy club work - good work!
They're almost all mobility, wellness, and stretching exercises.
But it's certainly true that having a good basic routine helps. :)

The progression with leg exercises in the gym is going well, and I don't think I'll have any trouble reaching the 12 reps required for each set with increasing weights.
The unknown is the bench press; I have to watch my right shoulder; we'll see. :)

I've reached the first step of my gym training: 8 reps for each exercise, I need to get to 12 but I'll increase the reps every 2 weeks so I can take things slowly and avoid the risk of injury.. :)
The exercises, weights, and repetitions are working well. They challenge me but don't exhaust me, since I also train Muay Thai in the evenings, which can be quite challenging at times.
In short, there are still several possibilities for messing around with training just the way I like it. :LOL:

Yesterday the heavy clubbell exercises bothered my shoulders and elbows a bit, so I cut them down drastically. Now they're 4 minutes of good, non-stop training at a good pace.
Since they're an exercise I want to do every day, they need to last no more than 10 minutes total, including warm-ups, exercises, and stretching. :)

Yesterday morning I had a slight headache, but it wasn't serious, so I went to the gym and everything went well.
In the afternoon, however, the headache worsened, so I cut back on all non-essential activities and tried to stay on the computer as little as possible.

I'm alive, after 3 hours of fighting weeds and invasive plants, that's already an achievement. :LOL:
Strangely enough, I took it easy and did everything right, even though I didn't feel like it but the weather was favorable only this weekend and then who knows when.
I still have to prune the fruit trees but it's definitely less hard work.
