"Trying to form a habit"
Hey, this may be a stupid question but I am looking for an extra workout to add to my routine that targets my arms. I'm not strong enough for push-ups and pull-ups but other body weight/yoga/pilates options would be really helpful. I'm currently following this 15 minutes arm workout

Does this look good or is there something else you guys can recommend?
