Just baked some gluten free cookies two days ago with gluten free flour (Bob's Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour) for the first time. They were Brownie Cookies with cinnamon baking chips so I guess I might have to go dark side this time. But then there is spritz and shortbread and I love those too. I shall continue to contemplate which side I'll be on.
