I'm on the fence about dropping Core Strength. On the one hand I keep missing days and I don't feel any especial interest in continuing. On the other hand, on most days I feel the need to do a bit more exercise-exercise (does that make sense? I mean, something other than walking) than just Foundation and the two challenges.
Maybe I should do a different program alongside Walking, or a challenge, or just do a few sets of a random workout if I feel the need... anyway, I'll think about it.
Very belated thank you, @Silent Wolf! Uh, sorry I vanished, everyone. I didn't mean to be gone so long. A few things have changed for me since I was last here, among which I got a new job (yay!) and I finished the first draft of my book (double yay!)
But I need to start actually working out again, so I'm picking up with Foundation Light, Full Circuit and the Walking challenge. I might add more to this as time goes on.

Foundation Light (6/30) Level I, no rest between sets.
Full Circuit (6/30) I took a few short breaks with this - my shoulders are still sore from doing push-ups yesterday.
Walking (2/30) 2.3km.
With any luck, I'm back now and I'll see you all tomorrow!
