Heeey, sorry I disappeared. It may happen again? Hopefully not, but I can't promise. I ended up doing other stuff and not exercising for a few days, and then, y'know... it continued to not happen. But then I came back on here, and read everybody's logs, and saw that there's some very cool looking new programs (rip 30 Days of Gravity. One day I will finish you). So... yeah. I am, for now, back.

I am paying the price for all those punches yesterday - my arms are really sore! It's fine, I didn't have much upper body work today and I don't think there's much tomorrow, so they'll get a chance to recover.

Ah, yes: ye ol' plank friction burn. I get that from working too much on my feathered peacock too. Padding helps a little (the real endurance plankers use some fancy setups), but I haven't found a way to entirely avoid it. I hope yours heals up soon.

Ah, so that's what it is! Good to know. Thanks for the well wishes; it's mostly healed by now.

Today was a bit of a nothing day; I meant to do some work and didn't, I meant to watch something and didn't... it happens. At least I worked out.
