Hi all, just checking in
It's been a while. Neighbor issues have largely diminished, except for smoke. I finally decided to tape over the bathroom vent fan, which helped immensely. But smoke still trickles in.

I've spent a majority of my time working on some projects, did some stretches and mobility things here and there, but the most notable change was my bed. I switched out a 6-year old 10-inch memory foam mattress for a 6-inch futon mattress. I've had that for a couple weeks and it's been pretty great. I definitely feel better and less stiff in the morning.

Hi all, just checking in.
It's been a busy couple of months with work and stuff.

Saw the new bookmarks thing... kinda left me like
Gotta go find them all again :crawl:

My sister reached out to me about being accountability buddies, so we made a

✨️SPREADSHEET✨:yas:

...just a simple one where we each have our own tab with a week's worth of days on it that we'll fill out with exercises and weight measurements and stuff.

I weighed in at 156.6 kg last week (~343 lbs; at the doc)...been eating a lot more junk because I've been in Creator Mode. Not thrilled about that. Especially when the doc mentioned the words "weight loss pills" in rederence to managing diet in relation to PKU. I'm not going for them yet, though. Hopefully I won't have to.

Hey all, just checking in.
Decided I'll just make new bookmarks as I go along with the Assassin Training Plan and try to stay active throughout the day while at my day job.
Had an appointment on May 21st to update my Primary Care doctor about my appointment with the PKU doctor at the end of April...PKU doctor suggested weight loss pills :smash:
Primary doc dropped the line near the end after talking about pills that being on them would be indefinite.

Not a fan. At all. Might as well give up on life at that point.

Anyway, good news is I dropped about 8 pounds between appointments. Other news is that I've been so busy creating and wrapped up in my mind that I haven't done much in the way of exercise, just taking movement where I could get it. I'm starting light on workouts though for the training plan...none of this eating with my eyes stuff anymore.

I'm going on 40 and I'm already tired of life and it's bullcrap. I'm not cynical, but I have been in a mood...just mostly trying to go one day at a time, though I still find myself caught up in the future worries and wonderings.
