February 3-Minute HIIT Challenge 27/28 - PAUSED!


Exercise of the Day

20 Side Bends


I'm saddened to report i have to do the last day of the february challenge later on, as i woke up pretty sick. As in a headache that can't be contained by two Ibuprofen 400, a throat that feels like it got shredded with a grater and fever.

I was able to do the Exercise of the Day, so at least the streak lives on. But that was a hard limit for me.
Right now my health is paramount and i've taken measures to improve my condition.

Still feeling miserable, but at least not as bad as yesterday. Just for perspective, i peaked at 39.5°C/103°F yesterday. Today i had 38°C/100°F as peak.
