Chemo and exercise

Hey all, hope you're doing well. I've been a Darebee user for a while, found some really awesome content here, and today I finally joined the community for the first time.
I am currently undergoing chemotherapy, and so far I'm doing surprisingly well — no side effects, tiredness, or anything like that. I've been doing yoga almost every day since starting therapy, but some days I feel like I have extra energy that I want to burn off. I'm thinking about doing some more aggressive exercises, like kicks, punches, and martial arts workouts I found here, but I'm afraid I might overdo it.
Any recommendations, tips, dos and don'ts would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you and stay healthy! ;)

As long as you listen to your body and respect its needs, why not have a little fun if you feel like it?
One component of training that is often underestimated is the fact that it is fun and makes you feel good, you just need to choose the right thing each time.
And welcome :)
