Vampire Plan - ⭐️ (Had to skip Burpees bc got suuuuper dizzy when I went to do them later in the day)
The figure steps into the next room, filled with the grinding noises of a machine put horribly out of order, though light by the brilliant light of an unreal sky within. The blur of the shadow within the room glides through the grease as it pushes here, tugs there, and braces itself for one final shove of metal into metal. The machine whirs to life, and the figure jumps out, watching as it pulls the door at the opposite end of the room open, hitting it with the smell of saltwater.

Mini Journal: Started the day feeling meh. Started feeling better. Miscommunications happened in a new group chat I’m in, had a lil breakdown about it, things got resolved. Less energy already now. Hard day at work, managed to make dinner and make it tasty as heck though! Now its just begging my body to let me sleep time.

Okay so gonna try something new! Because these past couple days have been **horrible**.
So!

Workouts:
Skipping Burpee challenge entirely, and/or moving it to a different month- I keep messing up my knee and it’s not worth having to sacrifice multiple other workouts for its sake.
Putting Hero’s Journey on pause - Simmilar to the burpees, as well as it is A Lot and I have just not had the energy lately. I’ll pick it back up when I’m done with the Labrynth.
Labrynth writing- I’ll make one big thing tomorrow morning to connect the rooms I’ve done to where I’ll be today.

That said! I have still been doing small workouts, I’ve just had a very exhausting weekend hit at the same time as a depressive episode, and while I’m doing better now, yeahhh. Some days of some things got skipped! But I’m still here and I even retained my streak so that’s awesome.

Also! Starting with today’s, I’m going to be posting my logs in the morning of the previous day’s workout instead of the night of so I can try and see if putting my phone down earlier can help a tiny bit with the insomnia. (Another reason this past bit has been exhausting)

Depression is a beast, y’all. I was struggling to do anything beyond the basic necessities to keep alive for a long bit there.

But, I’m feeling a bit better now. Didn’t have the energy for my full workout, but I did Sage so I feel like I’ve done something, and I feel like I can actually do this again.

Wish me luck getting back into this.
