Hello dear Bees,

A lot has happened since I last posted here but I have always kept an eye on Darebee. Since I now feel the need for a fresh start, I have cleared all my badges and achievements and have created a new log. The old one can be found here.

During the past two months I had very little time and - frankly - a lot of stress. I changed jobs and moved to a new (temporary) apartment, among other things. That is why I didn't have time to write. I did keep up with the Exercise of the Day and also completed the Standing Abs Challenge.

I am still way too busy for my liking but hope to be able to get back into a steady training routine. So here I am, with very little time but a lot of determination! Looking forward to daily training and chatting with all of you again.

All the best!

Hi @WolfDreamer. I am certainly liking it! So far, it has a lot of variation. Just struggling a bit to stick to the program on a daily basis, but I really want to free up some time to make that possible. It'll be more immersive, and better for my health! :ss:

I am so bad at jumping! Today's workout for Hero's Journey involved jumps, lunges, and worst of all jumping lunges. My legs always feel so weak whenever I do such exercises. But it does feel satisfying afterwards I must say. I wonder if doing more workouts like these will make me notice some progress.

Day 72: 13-3-2025

On March 9th I competed in a 5K race, which I completed in a time of 33:52. Though not overly fast, this has rekindled my enthusiasm for running and I am now doing my best to go out for a run at least two times a week. I have a 10K scheduled for the beginning of June, so that is something to work towards.

I've decided to forget about Heroes' Journey for now. My job doesn't really allow such a tightly scheduled program and I was skipping too many days. I'll get back to it later!
