"90 Day Workout Goal"
I wasn't feeling it today...

My leg started cramping in the first five minutes, but I still plugged through it.

I was all across the board today.

30 mins of cardio.
30 minutes of weights / resistance training.

I haven't eaten any processed foods for 3 days.

This $uck$!!!! But it would have $ucked worse if I did nothing.

On a side not, I've lost track off what day it is.

I just realized its Thursday and the weekend is almost here.

It's like I'm just trying to get through this first 90 days and don't care what day of the week it is.

See you tomorrow.

You should consider making one thread that you repeatedly post to for tracking your days, it's easier for us to follow you.

It might be helpful for you as well.

I put mine under 'Watched Threads' so that way, I can click that instead of New Posts to find my thread easy.
