I wanted to exercise once I got home but my significant other wanted to go downtown to attend a monthly event called First Friday.
Instead if making her wait, I looked at as an opportunity to sneak in some exercise while out on a date.
We held hands and did lot of walking together.
I kept track of my steps today…
