Thank you @JCU , @TopNotch , @DorothyMH , @Froud , @Silent Wolf , and @Lallafa , @mavie , @Mianevem and @NancyTree . Yes slowly getting back to where I was before I was rudely interrupted by my shoulder falling apart. And @DorothyMH I am not getting too silly with the challenges. I am starting a new one once a week so theoretically I shouldn't have more than 5 or so at a time. And I started at Tier 1 Easy challenges so the load shouldn't be too much. I might back off a bit with the more time intensive ones.

Its hard to believe its been a week since my last update. This year is absolutely flying.

I figure if I managed to do all the tier 1 workload then I should be able to do Tier 2 and I want to all that is possible. I've already vetoed some involving pets and prams but there is no excuse for not completing the rest of them. I am hopefully going to work my way through all of them through to and including tier 5.

Back to Fit program: Day 38 Lower Body Circuit - Done (5 sets x 10 reps x 5 exercises: Glute Bridges, Barbell Reverse Lunge, Dumbbell Step-Ups, Dumbbell Calf Raises, and Dumbbell Front Squats. 20kg barbell to warm up then 30kg for remainder. 5kg dumbbells to warm up and then 9kg dumbbells for remainder)

PM activity
1.06 km walk in 18:43 minutes to the shops getting wrapping paper for my son's birthday presents current stashed under my work desk. I was going to make this the challenge walk but it was way too short and too many stops for traffic lights etc. Maybe later. Actually my son wants to go out to a burger joint for dinner so I may need the walk to burn off what I eat. The last thing I want is to bloat up for my high school reunion on Saturday. I have been debating about going but its an excuse to go out which is something I almost never do.

Post Dinner.
Didn't overeat at dinner but still feel unhealthy so off I went with my daughter.
