I was moving regularly for a while, then became a couch potato after getting Covid in August. It wasn’t the worst flu ever for me, but just the excuse I needed to settle in. Now I have no endurance or strength. Going again!
Feb a challenge day 6. I misunderstood the instructions and did as sitting punches.

Warrior abs Days 9,2. I’m going by calendar days and accepting the challenge. If I still have steam, I’ll also do a day I missed. This works well for me so far. I don’t feel like I’m behind when I can check todays date.
