I was around here in 2020 during lockdowns, my peak health and weight and fitness after 2 years of working on all these.
Since then it has been a rollercoaster. I remember the Darebee Programs were pretty neat to get through, and motivating from the gamification/tracking angle.
Back to Foundation Level I, here I am. I feel the soreness coming up!

- always forget those get truly neglected in day to day movements.



I thought those would be saved because we have to log in to even put the programs into bookmarks, thought that was saved. It's just a visual tool?
Also, to add insult to injury, I lost power while I was at work due to a storm, came up to losing all the checks I had redone this morning - again. LOL
