There is a direct, measurable pathway between the things we do to help keep us fit and healthy and the behavior we exhibit as human beings inhabiting communities, taking an active part in society and being part of the world at large. How what's inside us manifests into what happens outside is shown, expansively, via this mindmap that explores this connection: "He who lives without discipline vanishes without honor."

"Just trying to move more and stand up a little straighter."
Really interesting pathways, I'll be looking back on this chart. Time spent at exercise can be a valuable trigger to think on your reasons for doing it, your desires for the future. Carving out time away from social media, social drinking and binge watching shows, free from all of today's normal inputs can be time spent grounding yourself and helping you stay on course.
