Full body workout recommendations?

Hi there! I'm a newbie who figured out that there's a Darebee community! I started working out 3x week about 8 weeks ago and I'm LOVING IT, so I've been scuttling around this lovely website in search of a new program for once I finish my dumbbell one (from a different website, boo, I like Bee's ones more) at the end of this week.

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a 3x week full body workout plan? Ideally with dumbbells but they're not a necessity, they're just what I'm used to using. Thank you so much and hey, big cheers to everyone working on their fitness! Go us!

Hello, you with long name, I take a good few seconds to read and visulise it :)

Good thing with darebee is workouts with filters.
I made for you this one:

Strength, full body, dumbells, and you continue to search and experiment.

Good luck!

Hello! Yes,ti's I, a spooky cephalopod who slithered out of the depths of the ocean to get buff like you vertebrates.

Thank you for the link! I must confess that I'm still learning the navigation of the website so this was helpful. I'll have a scroll around and maybe pick three, one for each day I'll be training. And then I'll look into stretches! There is so much cool stuff around here that it's really hard to pick . The plans are looking really neat, too, and I might take a crack at the one I saw called "30 days of light cardio" . Darebee has so much awesome stuff that it's a little overwhelming at first, but I'm really looking forward to trying all of this out. Workouts are being bookmarked at a frightening pace, haha!

Thank you for the reply!

If looking for a program, you could take a look at Foundation (Light) or depending on your current state of fitness even 90 Days of Action.
Well balanced programs. But those are something you do every day.

Greetings from a Lovecraftian furry, tentacly nightmare.
Thank you so much for the recs fellow kawaii eldritch entity! I've looked through my bookmarks and figured out a rough plan for myself which now lives in my travel notebook (also putting it here in case I leave my notebook at home, which tends to happen a lot) (and also for posterity & accountability):

Plan: Knight (3x full body strength)
Warmup: Universal Warmup
Stretching l: Standing Mobility (before workout)
Stretching II: The Finisher (after workout)
Workouts - 2 sets of 3, swapping around every week OR I could use a D6 to keep things fun and random!:
Iron Will, Daily Grind, Beginner Dumbbells, Winter Arc, Rend, Warrior Maiden.
Programs: I wanna eventually try out Pathfinder, Hero's Journey, Age of Pandora, Spellbound, Unbound, and 30 Days of Cardio. For now, I wanna start with 30 Days of Cardio in addition to strength training 3x week and see where that takes me. I might incorporate Unbound later for more mobility and stretching outside of before & after workouts.

I'm also writing all of this down because I'm very excited to play my new games/try out new exercise sets and I need to tell someone much like a child on the playground rambling on about a new toy they got. Am I going to stick to all of this? Probably not, my enthusiasm and energy levels might wane a little as the months turn colder, darker and wetter and my inner bear begins to demand that we bury ourselves in the bedsheets and hibernate until spring... But we'll see!

Wow, great plan.
Now go to Checking in/Logs thread
and Introduce yourself, if you want give your current physical status your plans, and start to log in every day what have you done and achieve.

After month, half year or year you will get back and that will be interesting text to read, people will support you, give you all kind of advices, etc.

When I return to read my Log, I laugh what kind of stuff I tried just to make exercising interesting and fun.

One problem I have with Darebee is that there are so many interesting, fun-looking workouts, plans, challenges and everything, but I'm just one little octopus with a limited amount of energy and hours in the day. I want to try all of them immediately but alas, I'm forced to - sigh, ugh - take it easy at the start and pick only a few so I don't overwhelm myself.

I'll probably toss 'Bee another donation once payday hits, it shouldn't be legal for a service this good to be struggling financially. I could even get the ebook, print it out and put it into a ring binder so I can remove individual pages for training reference and also go nuts with highlighter and sticky notes for bookmarking, and and and and and...

...

... Can you guys believe I used to hate PE at school?

Ooooh good idea, thank you! I shall do just that later on, once I actually start the new workout set on Monday. I've already noticed a change in myself a couple weeks back, when I graduated from 5kg bells (aka 2x2.5kg on each) to 10kg (aka 2x5kg on each) ones. I can't wait to see how much further I'll go in time! Who knows, maybe I'll even manage to get fit enough for, gasp, pushups! I know that Bee has a "how to get you to do pushups without feeling like you're about to die" program too, but I am very sternly telling myself to start off with just a few workouts and not try to do everything they have in here.

I get the siren call of all those sweet little programs, but i know why i've limited myself to one main program, 90 Days of Action and one Add-On, Unbound. The latter to improve my rather lackluster flexibility from aeons of sleep.
Yeah, I'm sticking with 30 Days of Cardio + Unbound for flexibility because I feel like it'd be good for me to do a little stretching everyday in addition to pre+post workout stuff. And then, idk, maybe I'll go for another 30 days or one of the RPG plans, they look fun. Hard cardio is way out of my reach at the moment, but I'm excited for the day when it becomes doable!

I'll second those two! Well, at least Unbound. I thought that was a good program and have it bookmarked in case I want to redo it. I'm currently going through Cardio Light but will probably do Cardio afterwards. :)
