@TheLibrarian @mavie @Montserrat @BetaCorvi @Froud @Fremen thanks! My next step will be finishing off my Negative Pullups challenge, just a few days left on that one. Then, I'll keep working on my Hero's Journey program and get that badge too.

Still figuring out what will be best for the new year, I could start a DareBee or other program or just do DareBee WODs when I can. We'll see...

Also, I've continued to track my walks since September 2020 using a fun "Walk to Mordor" app that tracks your progress through The Lord of the Rings. This month, I contributed 38 miles to the journey.

That makes a total of 539 miles for 2022! Further up and further in as we make our way to the slopes of Mount Doom!

Today I'm putting the Hero's Journey on pause. I'm very out of shape and don't have consistency anymore, plus I can tell that I don't have all-around strength like I used to. Instead, I'm going to restart the Buff Dudes Bodyweight Plan and try to do more compound movements and hit all major muscle groups.

TODAY'S WORKOUT

Buff Dudes Bodyweight Plan Phase 1 Day 1

I could only get through 2 sets before I started feeling weak, then really had to pause for a few minutes and catch my breath. Maybe that was too much to bite off at once, but I'd still like to keep at it. Once I feel a bit stronger I'll hit the last days of Hero's Journey and earn that badge.

Further up and further in!

Buff Dudes Bodyweight Plan Phase 3 Day 5

By the way, only walked 30.5 miles in February, for a total of 73.5 miles on the year. Lots of bad weather in the mornings, starting a new job with earlier meetings, and being sick for a bit kept me from keeping up a decent pace. That also kept me from my workout plan for quite a bit.
