Hello there.

After a long workout break, I'm trying to get back.
To support myself I'll start a workout log here.

:v: Sticking to a daily workout routine, make it a habit.
:v: Improving my general fitness.
:v: Loose some weight.
:v: Having fun.

:v: First thing water challenge
:v: No sugar challenge
:v: Dead hang challenge
:v: Shaolin workout by Shi Yan Ming

Tuesday, 16.05.23 - Day 2

Morning

:v: First thing water challenge (2/30) - 06:00
:v:60 days of walking program (2/60) - 10:00

Evening
:v: Meditation (20min) - 19:00
:x: Dead hang challenge (1/30) - simply forgot it
:v: Shaolin workout (15min) - 19:30

Whole day
:x: No sugar challenge (1/15) - coudln't resist an energy drink asking for my attention... :shake:


Question: Do you guys start the challange from zero again if you miss out a day?
