Hello Bees

I wanted to create a place where we could realize we are making progress, specially on the fitness side, but for anything else, and be gratefull about us and also about the Darebee resources that are helping so much

I noticed that my shoulder taps are much more stable than before. And recently i was able to do one minute jump rope skips with both legs without have to alternate to be easier (not sure to be clear sorry)

Thanks !

I am grateful to the beautiful skylight I saw this morning at 4:20AM when I got outside for a walk/run (new) schedule. It was cloudy, but not enough to hide the gorgeous dark yellow crescent of the Moon through the clouds, and a bright shining Venus as its neighbour!

There is a whole field of neuroscientific research that shows true gratitude practice rewires the brain, affects executive function and helps build resilience. It grounds us into a reality that makes us feel more aware of who we are and what we experience. I do not say it lightly that I am grateful for each of you here striving to improve while dealing with life. It makes me glad to be alive in this timeline.

I'm grateful that a place like this still exists on the internet! I've only just signed up but it reminds me of old school forums and everyone seems so nice. Nowadays everywhere seems like it's full of bots or flooded with advertising - it's so nice to have a community like this. Much thanks to the Darebee team for all the resources and not putting it behind a paywall (I've just made a donation).
