Hello everyone, my name is Peter, and I'm really happy to have found my way to the DAREBEE community.
I'm from the beautiful Allgäu region in Southern Germany and have been passionate about sport and movement for many years.
Alongside my full-time profession, I work as an athletics coach and lecturer in coach education. I have a particular interest in functional training and helping people build sustainable movement habits throughout life.
What I enjoy most is not only helping people train, but helping them understand why they train. I believe that understanding creates long-term motivation and confidence.
Some time ago, I came across DAREBEE. The more I learned about the project, the more I admired the philosophy behind it. Making high-quality fitness resources freely available to everyone is something I deeply respect.
I'm here because I enjoy learning, exchanging ideas and being part of a community where people support and inspire one another.
I look forward to getting to know you, learning from your experiences and, whenever I can, contributing in a helpful way.
