I've been feeling quite stressed and workout has been slow recently. But I keep it going with the pushups at least.

Today I started calisthenics class and it was really good! (and exhausting!) I can clearly see how these months of exercises at home with darebee have helped.
I will have to rethink my home exercise routine now, totally looking forward for a rest day tomorrow.
