This time we could play Dominion, and that is:
Winner is one who conquer 41 tiles, no bonus points for 3x3 and row/col, and no fixed number of turns.

I was expecting some more brave and strong bees to join us, maybe if there was some prize, it would be more participants.
Maybe: winner have to donate 5$ to Darebee would be attractive :D

Joking...
I'll make my first move this evening when come home from job.

In simplest words: First you build your territory with exercises you want, then you try to conquer others territory and defend yours. Detailed rules are in thread I linked in first post.
Sounds simple, but soon as you start you become kinda addicted to it.

Ok, let's start. I changed little bit turn order, I moved groaumia closer to me, as we are in Europe, and astro and Cryptids are in America, so it is easier to follow up.
So turn order is:
1. @Gurg
2. @graoumia
3. @astro_lizard
4. @Cryptids

And my first turn is

B2 - 30 sit-ups
E5 - 30 push-ups
H2 - 30 crunches

In first BUILD PHASE, as we are four player, we will have 7 turns, in 6 turns everybody will play 3 moves, and in last turn 2 moves, and then one tile will stay empty, free to conquare.

Good luck to everyone.

Good luck , thanks @Gurg . I was on Totals day 24 with 120 sit ups and was thinking no way for me to do situps on first round.

I9 : 200 slow butt kicks
H8 : 100 calf raises
G7 : 150 biceps extensions

how could we conquer the last empty tile ?

Well that is mathematic problem. There are 81 tile, and 4 players can take 80, each one 20. So last one is unassigned.
As I play first, I will choose exercise, and who make better result, takes it.
Then starts Conquest phase.

Tactical tip: Cluster your tiles whenever you can. As they say — a lone sheep is easy prey for the wolf

Me personally have have problem with counting reps, and Graoumia again started with big numbers.

126,127,128 ... and then in middle of exercise: is it 138 or 127 or 129?

Is there any mobile app or web site which gives sound beep every second or so, and counting it?

I tried metronome, but it's kind a complicated, I have to calculate bpm, minutes etc

If I'm going above 100 reps I will start back counting at 1 each time I reach 100, and I'll keep a finger pointed counting each hundred. So, I count to 100, put up a finger, then count to 100 again, put up a second finger. This isn't a perfect solution, but it usually works out for me. If I think I am going to do less than 100 reps but still a higher number, I will restart at 50. Basically, I break it up.

If I can't point fingers because I'm doing a clench / unclench or am doing combat moves where that would throw me off, I line up water bottles or other objects and then knock them over when I reach 50, 100, or whatever I'm using as my 'top' number. Then, I just have to count the bottles to know how many groups of 50 or 100 I reach. The trick with this one is to not accidentally knock the objects over before you mean to.

Isn't it a bit early to go to bed? :)
It is if you're normal people, which I am not :D Lately my bed time has been around 10am-noon. I have lost complete control of my sleep schedule. I guess it's a rotating sleep schedule, it changes week by week and sometime even day by day. I need to work on this.... For me, the hardest challenges on this site are the ones where you go to bed/wake up at the same time for 30 days in a row. That is an elite level final boss for me

Question before I do them: Are knee strikes different enough than knee to elbows as exercises for me to count then for this? I had planned to but now I’m unsure

Those are different exercises:
Knee to elbows
Knee strikes

Generally speaking, all exercises from Darebee site are allowed, same as different exercise variatons.

We just say that combinations and combos are not allowed, to avoid repetition: kick+punch, kick+elbow, punch+squat+jab+uppercut, etc.
as there are lots of exercise variations and you can choose from them.

@Cryptids also don't be afraid to make a mistake, you'll be able to re-do a block if you accidentally do one that's already there. Two of us made mistakes at some point last game and it was okay, we just fix on the next turn. Then it's just bonus exercise :D

This game is about fun first and foremost :makeway:

Great, you are starting to warm up and stretch.
But I don't know what is this Forward Hold. I'm asking, if I in future want to attack that tile, what I have to do?
Is that this 7th pose from this exercise:
Second actually! Can’t find the workout I saw it called that in at the moment but if I do I’ll link it (it’s a bit late for me so maybe I can try tomorrow)

I'm also relatively new in fitness, I started this year, and I didn't know every English name for exercises. I didn't know what is burpee, difference between crunch and situp, I had to learn and search for everything.
So take it easy, and have fun. Your body will be grateful

It depends on type of exercices, if i do sit ups, i won't do 200. I have a big headache, and choosed easy exercices, so I was not going to do 10 everhead punches. And you will notice there are a lot of your exercices i won't even try to invade, like your 5 minutes plank.

I'm sorry to hear about your headache.
I would like I can help somehow with advice or something, but I, thankfully, don't have headaches, and my friend telling me that is because of my head is empty, so nothing to hurt.

It is not very nice, but i am happy that you don't have this issue, and for sure your head is not empty, it is full of fitness exercices and games, and we like it
