My dear Graoumia, ❤️
Thanks for asking, I feel much better. I'm planning to continue tomorrow with my standard workouts.
I also thought to leave exercises for tomorrow, to give our lizard 🦎 more time to rest beneath the stone. But I changed my mind.
I choose yoga to test stability and pressure on shoulder in cobra pose. So it was good.

D3 - 1:15 Hollow Hold
F3 - 60 Scissors (Arms)
F5 - 60 lunge punches

Fun Fact: My wife asked me why I was staring at that spreadsheet all the time, so I told her I was competing with some Americans and French in exercising. Well, I didn’t lie, but there’s a little catch. In our language, there are two different words for gender when it comes to nationality: “American man” and “American woman.” I used the masculine form because I was afraid she’d get jealous if she knew I was hanging around with fit, good-looking girls.

So… if I disappear from the forum, it’s probably because she figured out and kicked me out along with the other pets, right in front of the door. 😅

F3 - 100 Scissors (Arms)
F5 - 100 lunge punches
H5 - 55 back extensions

Nice and even reps
I really could admire your symmetry , but still: you’re dancing in my freshly planted garden.

It seems we’re entering a stage where we no longer choose whom we attack, but rather what we can attack… if we can attack at all.

it looks like the number of back extensions is missing

F3 - 150 Scissors (arms)
F4 - 6:00 Cobra Pose
F5 - 150 Lunge punches

Fun Fact: I'm using this music for long repetitive exercises, and when I find rhythm, they have to catch and stop me ...

Yesterday, I was thinking all day about new game suitable for multiple players, so I figured out simple, but fun idea: CARDS
:)
♥️ ♦️ ♠️ ♣️
Simple rules: we got random 5 cards (simple cards like for poker or bridge) each turn on table, and everybody picks one card, do workout from darebee base corresponding to that card, and then keeps it and making combinations, same suit, flush, three of kind, full house, etc...
That is not time consuming, as player have to do just one workout a day, or two if everybody finishes turn earlier. If you are for it, I can post full rules at Playground, to start new game beside this.

Yoga is new to me. But not sure how holding one pose 5+ minutes is healing, as I start trembling and sweating, similar to plank holding.
But if you say that is good, I accept and now feeling better.
it took a long time for me to start to feel the healing effects of yoga. In the beginning, I struggled a lot to hold even the most basic poses. Over time, things got easier and the shaking went away for a lot of poses. There are still many poses that make me shake and want to cry while holding, though.

E2 : 50 plank rolls
A2 : 80 sumo squats
C6 : 40 get-ups

Thanks @Gurg for this game, it is "encouraging" me to do some exercices i usually don't do, sometimes because i am not use to them, sometimes because i don't like them, but i tend to think that the exercises we like the less are the one we need the most, so that's great. :thankyou:
