There's a new forum, so all the more reason to start a new training log.

Sunday 10/16
Walk - 40 minutes

Monday 10/17
Walk - 30 minutes

Tuesday 10/18
Walk - 30 minutes
Strength Training - 30 minutes [machines at gym]

Wednesday 10/19
Walk - 25 minutes

Thursday 10/20
Jog - Couch to 5k Week 3 Day 1 [restarting program after mild injury]
Walk - 30 minutes
Strength Training - 45 minutes [free weights]

Friday 10/21
Target 10 - Day 1
Daily Dare - 100 Back Leg Raises
Walk [slow] - 20 minutes

Current Plan:
- Strength training 2x/week
- Jog [Cto5k] 2x/week
- Target 10 program + walking/stretching on non-gym days.

Current Streak: 6 days
