Notes: Happy with how this month went. Aside from keeping up a regular training plan, I did several personal 30 day challenges: breathwork, meditation, handstands, and no social media (originally I planned to include German practice but I was too busy with work to fit it in). Really happy with how the challenges went, I think I'll continue with all of them. I noticed a huge improvement in my handstands, and the breathwork/meditation/social media ban made me feel really chill. Think I might quit social media for good.

Notes: February was a good month - I started PPL (which might be my new favourite program). Running is going well, and while I'd like to do more cycling, I don't really have time to do that much anymore. I'm going to try to fit in at least one ride a week, though.
My challenges went well - I didn't manage to get to bed at 9.30 every night, but my bedtime is a little earlier than it was so I'll call it a win. I was surprised by how nice cold showers are; I'll definitely try to keep that one up.

9.4km run (zone 2) - I've been having some shin pain since last week's long run. It felt okay on my shorter runs this week, but was painful again today. I'm going to take a week off running to see if that helps. I'm probably being over cautious (it's only mild pain), but I've had a couple of stress fractures on the same leg on the past and I don't want another.
