Ahh the perils of rainy weather. I woke up with a back ache and still had to go to work.
I did well. Worked at the bakery making plum coffee cakes. Then afterwards went to the fitness room and did 35 minutes on the crosstrainer. My back feels so much better now. I will still do my yoga moves here at home to really make sure all stays nice and lose.

Let me See. . How Do I Start this entry?
I am pain free at the Moment. . Well at least until after dinner. Then my feet are killing me 🤣
A freind of a freind asked me how I am doing and then goes on to ask me how I did it. Her eyes got as big as saucers! Made me Start to wonder if I am doing that much.
So let's write down what I do daily
I go to work Monday to Friday for 5 hours. Pushing and pulling Trolleys and Lifting heavy banking sheets. Per banking sheet you can count about 5 to 8 Kilos depending on what baked goodies i put on it. 20 sheets per Trolley and about 20 to 30 Trolleys a Day.
After every work Day I go to the companies Workout room. A wonderful little gym for us employies. I do 30 Minutes on the Crosstrainer. Mondays I do ab Workouts on the pezzy Ball, wendsday I do shoulder strength Training and fridays I do lower body strength. Each workday I also do a full body stretch routine.
Today though I decieded to do the Labyrinth Day 1 instead of the pezzy Ball Workout. I will keep the daily Labyrinth for now instead of strength Training.
Weekends I don't do much. Simple walking. No more. Housework, garden Chores, laundry the usual.
Maybe for someone it might be a lot. For me this is almost my old self.

So update time.
I have the aches and pains that come with A.S. under very good control. I have them so well under control that I was able to give up physical therapy. I have all the tools to keep myself mobile.
My birthday came and went with a bad cough that wouldn't go away. My doctor was worried that I would slip into something worse, so meds were prescribed. I can happily say that the cough is going away again. Not the best way to Celebrate but it is what it is. I can always go out and celebrate afterwards when I am back to health.
I wasn't able to workout for 2,5 weeks either for that. I will be able to go back to my training next week. I am very happy about that. Weight loss is going SO SLOW. My nutritionist keeps telling me I am doing great, but dang it don't we sometimes wish it was faster. I keep stalling after losing for weeks, but I am to stick to my plan and no tweaks. Eat all the food etc and keep up with the workouts when my health and body allow.🧘 I feel good don't get me wrong. I am never hungry and the searching after dinner has stopped. For that I am so thankful! 🙏
I have lost two dress sizes so far, most if my clothes fit funny, I have more energy and can do more during a day. My boss asked me if I want to up my work hours. He noticed I can do more too, but that is a big no. SO not ready to work longer in the bakery yet.
All in all I am good.

I also want to give everyone that sent me birthday wishes a big thank you and a virtual hug 🫂
