Restarting my workout log over here. Fittingly, because I had to stop for a while - COVID knocks you out and even when you finally test negative again, that doesn't mean you're 100%. Getting back into the swing of things, and hopefully will restart where I am in my workouts but for now I'll be a little more sporadic. My plan is to do some basic walking for a while, and throw in some other recovery or light workouts to work my way back to where I was.
