Minimalist & PPL Express
Two new programs just dropped!
Minimalist is a 28-day bodyweight program for anyone who wants to build a real training habit without overcomplicating things. Two to three exercises per day, one muscle group at a time, with volume that builds steadily from 3 sets in week one to 5 sets by week four. When you finish day 28, you start over - the reset back to 3 sets acts as a natural deload, and each cycle through you're a little stronger than the last time. No equipment, no setup, just consistency doing its thing.

Push Pull Legs Express is a 28-day dumbbell program designed for hypertrophy. It follows the classic Push/Pull/Legs split across a full 7-day week that also covers shoulders, posterior chain, and core - so every muscle group gets its own dedicated day and enough recovery before it comes around again. Volume and rest periods increase across the four weeks, and like Minimalist, it's built to be repeated: reset to week one, add weight, build more. A bench helps but every exercise has a floor alternative on the card, so you can run it entirely at home.

Both programs are available now on the Programs page. If you try one - or both - let us know how it goes
