Minimalist, Push Pull Legs Express or Stacked timming and warm up

Hi bees!
I just started to work in a new place and I have a gym there, I want to add some days of gym in my 30 minute breaks.
I wanted to ask you which warm up do you recommend for me and which program is better to do if I want to optimize time because I need another 10 minutes to shower and prepare again.

My options now are:
1- Stacked
2- Minimalist
3- PPL Express

If you recommend another option, I'm open

For a 30‑minute break, you’ll want something efficient and easy to recover from. A dynamic warm‑up with 3–5 minutes of light cardio (jump rope, brisk walk, or cycling) plus mobility drills (arm circles, hip openers, bodyweight squats) is enough to prime your body. Among your options, the Minimalist program fits best—it balances compound lifts and short accessory work, letting you maximize intensity without cutting into NicView shower/prep time. Stacked or PPL Express are solid too, but Minimalist is the most time‑friendly choice for quick sessions.
