Vacation has been RUTHLESS ( in terms i haven’t been AS consistent as i’d like)
Nevertheless i did a lil circuit to break a sweat:

Lunges 5x10
Squats 5x10
Shoulder Taps 5x10
Leg Pulls 5x10
Push Ups 5x10
Bulgarian Split Squats 5x10
Staggered Push Ups 5x4
