New program: First Seven Days

We've just added First Seven Days - a 7-day, no-equipment introductory program for anyone who's brand new to fitness, or brand new to DAREBEE and not sure where to begin.

Each day is a different kind of workout: cardio, classic strength, abs and core, stretching, circuit strength, yoga, and a HIIT session to finish. It's a sampler - a week of small tastes so you can find out which kinds of training you actually enjoy before committing to anything longer. The sessions are short, nothing requires jumping or equipment, and every description walks you through how to read the card, what a set is, and what the workout is asking for. No prior experience assumed at all.

If you've never exercised in your life, or you've been staring at the program list feeling overwhelmed, start here. Seven days, then you'll know a lot more about what you want next.

Let us know how it goes :thankyou:

A great addition for beginners. A lot of people want to get into fitness but end up quitting because they don't know where to start or jump into programs that are too intense. A structured 7-day introduction like this removes that barrier and makes the first step much less intimidating.

I also like that each day introduces a different training style instead of repeating the same workout. It gives newcomers a chance to discover whether they enjoy strength training, cardio, yoga, HIIT, or mobility work before committing to a longer plan. Keeping the workouts short, equipment-free, and beginner-friendly should make it much easier for people to build confidence and complete the full week. It sounds like a solid on-ramp for anyone who has been putting off starting their fitness journey

This is great! I wanna show all my friends!

I think it might be helpful, in the Day 7 instructions, to mention that the site's built in timer is different for that day/style of workout. Otherwise, they might assume it's the normal 30-60-2. I definitely tried to do the timer on my own for the first time I did HIIT lol.
