Hi everybody!

Today I finished LIIT program so I thought it is a good reason to start my journal online :happy:

I also did day 16 of Unbound:

The next main program I start tomorrow is Foundation which includes abs on floor exercises and I'm still unsure about training my abs after giving birth but I feel my core much more stronger then at the start of LIIT so I will see how my abs can work through Foundation.

My goal is train every day to release stress and ease my mind so I can be more patient with my children and more organized with my tasks:tuzki-love:

Today I did Foundation Day 4 on Level III and Unbound Day 20.

We had a night with a lack of sleep as children had a terrible night. Note to myself: I should be grateful when my children cry for me at night, it means they can feel safe in my arms :hug:

Foundation Day 18 on Level III with 2x1 kg of dumbbells and 30 Days of Yoga Day 4 are done. Foundation was challenging today (especially with dumbbells) but it felt good. Probably good weather and outdoor training boost my energy level :flex:

Foundation Day 23 on Level III and 30 Days of Yoga Day 9 are done. Today I added Daily Flexibility to my workout and I also modified foundation with 2x1 kg dumbbells, normal squats and bicep curls instead of extension :ss:

Foundation Day 26 on Level III and 30 Days of Yoga Day 12 are done. I'm moody and impatient today probably because I couldn't rest enough in the past few days and it seems like it's also more difficult to find harmony with my children :vsad:

Foundation Day 30 on Level II and 30 Days of Yoga Day 16 are done. We had an awful night again so today I feel weaker than usually and I am sleepy (probably weather also has an impact on this) :zzz: BUT! Foundation is finished so tomorrow I will start Zero Hero :doit:
