Hi everybody!
Today I finished LIIT program so I thought it is a good reason to start my journal online
I also did day 16 of Unbound:
The next main program I start tomorrow is Foundation which includes abs on floor exercises and I'm still unsure about training my abs after giving birth but I feel my core much more stronger then at the start of LIIT so I will see how my abs can work through Foundation.
My goal is train every day to release stress and ease my mind so I can be more patient with my children and more organized with my tasks

We had an awful night because children couldn't sleep well and I also have a headache so Unbound badge was the only motivation for today but it worked very well














BUT! Foundation is finished so tomorrow I will start Zero Hero
