I wish I never had days like this either. We are imperfect humans who want to hold ourselves to standards of perfection.
Honestly, those are the days, I embrace. Cause they make me think, how I need to tweak my routines. This time it is definitely not enough sleep, what correlates a lot with food choices or in this case bad food choices and ongoing crankiness. Not talking about bad recovery...

With the chases, you are to increase your speed by (I think) 10% for one minute. If you've got a subscription, you can change the increase amount. I don't do chases (invariably, they come when I am faced with a steep uphill, so I stopped them) so I can't tell you exactly how to do it! :LOL:

Good to know, it is one minute... I think I will keep the chases, I have no hills around here...😁

Without subscription it is on 20%, with subscription you can change it to 10-30%. I think it is 1 minute or 120 meters? Whichever you reach first (they don't tell it, but every chase ends after 120 meters for me).
