Hi everybody,
First of all I want to salute all of you and thans for admit me in this community. I am a 55 years old man, I practice sports since I can remember, I played basketball, football, I have finished some halph marathons, etc.
Now I don't want to run anymore, I want to follow a plan in a gym. My plan is to go to the gym 3-4 days in a week, I have time for 30' every gym session so I need an special plan. I don't want to have very big muscles but I want to be strong. I have a problem in my low back so this is something to keep in mind.
If anyone is interested in sharing information with me please send me a DM or an email, I will be very proud to share it.
